Cold Chain Net Zero Conversation

The Cold Chain Federation organised the first in a series of ‘Cold Chain Conversations’ on topical issues relating to the temperature-controlled supply chain.  It adopted a ‘Question Time’ format in which the Chief Executive of the CCF questioned an expert panel on the definition of a ‘net zero’ emission target for the cold chain. The panel comprised Professor Toby Peters (University of Birmingham), Professor Judith Evans, London South Bank University, Dr Tim Fox (Independent Consultant), Tim Moran (MD of Lineage Logistics and President of the CCF) and myself.  We had a wide-ranging discussion of the methods of measuring and reducing carbon emissions from temperature-controlled logistics operations.

You can watch a video recording of the discussion here.
